*Please note that I have been reminded by a colleague that the report I cited in the Q+A segment was not pertaining to Sergei Lavrov as I stated. The apocryphal love of Western rock music was NOT Lavrov’s, but someone else that I had previously done a report on a few years back. After two hours of presenting, I got ahead of myself. However, the fact remains that Lavrov is a leading member of the “Atlanticist” cause, given his deep connections with the Council on Foreign Relations and his desire to be the Henry Kissinger of Russia. Even analysts, such as myself, make mistakes when speaking publicly.
